The Hellabrunn Zoo in Munich, Germany is showing off not just one, but two baby polar bears that were born 14 weeks ago.   The twin cubs are a female and male.

In China, a family pet could cost you the same amount as a luxury home.   The New York Post says a Tibetan mastiff puppy was sold at a pets fair for $1.9 million.  

The dogs have lion's blood, according to breeder Zhang Gengyun.   Gengyun says this particular breed of mastiff is very rare so many people in China treat the dogs just as they would pandas.  

The cost of feeding this large breed is not cheap.   The recently purchased pup is currently 31 inches tall and weighs in at 200 lbs.  

Illinois voters will be heading to the polls, today.  

On the ballot?   Who will get the Republican nomination for Governor.   Currently, four people are running for one spot on the ballot this fall.   Candidates include:  State Senator Bill Brady of Bloomington, State Senator Kirk Dillard of Hinsdale, State Treasurer Dan Rutherford and Businessman Bruce Rauner.  

Whoever is chosen in today's primary will move on to face incumbent Illinois Governor Pat Quinn this fall.

There are a number of other decisions on ballots, from candidates for circuit judge to whether or not a county should have an extra 1-percent sales tax for school infrastructure.


Voting is today (Wednesday, March 18) from 6 a.m.- 7 p.m..
